2. Meet with Mr.Mitchell (User of the program) and gather requirements.
3. Document the requirements and create “Requirements Document”
4. Discuss the requirements documented with Mentor and get feedback
5. Make any changes to “Requirements Document”
6. Review and get approval for requirements
7. Give SRS To Mr.Mitchell for him to see if he agrees with the requirements specified
8. Make any corrections to SRS document if Mr.Mitchell has any reservations about it
9. Work on creating the design
10. Create the flowchart and steps
11. Create “Design Document”
12. Discuss and review the design with Mentor and get feedback.
13. Make changes based on Mentor feedback if needed
14. Review the design with Mentor and get approval
15. Develop the code
16. Create test plans
17. Discuss and Review the plans with Mentor
18. Update plans with feedback
19. Review and get approval for test plans
20. Test the code
21. Validate the results
22. Fix the issues, if any
23. Test the program again after fix
24. Validate the results again if needed
25. Deliver the program
